Terms of Service
The short version: Servea connects players with independent padel coaches. Coaches are not our employees, and payment happens directly between you and your coach.
1. The service
Servea (operated by Servea FZ-LLC) is a marketplace that helps players discover freelance padel coaches in the UAE, request coaching sessions, and reserve court slots at partner venues. We facilitate the introduction and the booking — the coaching service itself is provided by the coach, and the court by the venue.
2. Payments
Sessions are paid through Servea via our payment provider. You pay one price — the session price shown on the coach's profile — and the session is confirmed the moment payment goes through; the court is arranged by Servea. If the court falls through, or you cancel before the session starts, you are refunded in full to the original payment method.
3. Accounts
You must be 18+ (or have guardian consent) to create an account. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, harass users, or post fraudulent content.
4. Coaches
Coaches are independent professionals. We review applications and verify uploaded certifications on a best-effort basis — a “Verified” badge means we checked the document, not that we guarantee coaching outcomes. Coaches are responsible for their own licensing, tax and insurance obligations.
5. Bookings & cancellations
A booking request expires if the coach doesn't respond within 24 hours. Either party may cancel before the session; repeated no-shows may lead to account suspension. Venue cancellation policies apply to the court reservation.
6. Reviews
Reviews may only be posted after a completed session and must be honest and respectful. We may moderate reviews that violate these terms.
7. Liability
Padel is a physical sport — you participate at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servea FZ-LLC is not liable for injuries, disputes between players and coaches, or venue conditions.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Questions? support@servea.ae
